Our apartments are decorated in trendy tones and feature a fine wood design – this combination ensures a real feel-good atmosphere. In addition to the living and dining area, our apartments offer a cosy living room with a large flat TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. In the bathrooms with walk-in shower you can reminisce about the day and then relaxin our feel-good beds or with a glass of wine on the furnished balcony.

The highlight: Our apartments are very flexible in size. So we have the right solution for everyone: no matter if singles, couples, newly in love, families, friends, etc.

All our lucky apartments are high-quality and luxuriously equipped and we are happy to advise you on the best selection for your family or friends!

Check-in / Check-out

On the day of your arrival you can check in from 3 to 10 p.m.
If you check in later, you get a code for the underground car-park and your apartment which is valid only on that day.
We would prefer if you could inform us about the time of your arrival (phone number: +43 676 610 4253).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation two month before the day of your arrival for free. We do not allow pets.
If you ignore the deadline, then you have to pay a cancellation fee.

Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival free of charge
Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, 30% of the total cost
Cancellation 1 month to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total costs
Cancellation 6 days before arrival and no-show, 90% of the total costs
