You can cancel your reservation two month before the day of your arrival for free. We do not allow pets.
If you ignore the deadline, then you have to pay a cancellation fee.

Cancellation 1 month to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total costs
Cancellation 6 days before arrival and no-show, 90% of the total costs
