The 121m ² apartment consists of a master bedroom with high quality double bed, wall unit and bathroom en suite with double sink, rain shower, free standing bathtub with panoramic views, a bedroom with high quality double bed, a bedroom with wooden bunk beds and a bathroom with sink, rain shower and extra toilet. The living room has a mega couch and access to its own roof terracewith patio furniture and southwest-facing view towards the mountains. On the southwest side you have a great view of our outdoor pool and the sunset.

On the day of your arrival you can check in from 3 to 10 p.m.
If you check in later, you get a code for the underground car-park and your apartment which is valid only on that day.

You can cancel your reservation two month before the day of your arrival for free. We do not allow pets.
If you ignore the deadline, then you have to pay a cancellation fee.

Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, 30% of the total cost
Cancellation 1 month to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total costs
Cancellation 6 days before arrival and no-show, 90% of the total costs
